Dogs fur in my kitchen!!!!

I came home & saw that my kitchen is full of dog's fur/hair!!!! GROSS!!!!
My neighbour upstairs has a dog , & I'm sure that's it's hair- goodness do you call it hair or fur anyway?
OK I'll go with fur!
It's all over, @ the Kitchen counter-top, Dish dryer, kitchen floor ,on top of my microwave!!!!!

I cant believe it, why would someone cut their own pet's fur & worst throw it out of the window???? And there must be some kind of wind to have to blow at that particular time to sent these gross fur into my apt!

My bf went up to confront them, they are not in, or maybe pretend to be out.
I got a feeling it's the house keeper, maybe got fed-up with the boss so take it out on the dog! Anyway went down to complain to management!
Terrible!!!! still cant believe it!

Would you still do good if no one's looking?

That's the dinner topic me & freinds had a while ago.
All of them said YES!!!
They'll pick up their dogs poo, throw filthy tissue into the bin & not on the floor, if the public  toilet flush is faulty, they'll work it until it flushes & not just leave it since no one's looking!!!!
Oh ya right....lol.......... find it hard to believe them!!!!hahha.... but they swear!

OKOK... I do have faith in a great number of people.
My friends are generally nice....lol.....
