I took fat burner GarbaSlim, Panbesy & Duromine & lost weight successfully !

3 weeks ago I finally decided that I should do something about my weight. I had pretend it's OK but it's not. I looked at my pictures & only like a year ago, I was looking great. Not sure what happened. Was it my love for pop corn or soft drinks or late night snacks & supper, probably a deadly combination of them, I've gain like a ton !!! So sad :((

Finally I went to my Dr Keith for help. Feel a little embarrassed to be talking about my weight gain. Thank goodness Dr Keith is super friendly & nice. In the end I brought home 3 lower dose of Panbesy, 1 month's supply of 30 mg of Duromine. I ask for fat burner as I wanted to have faster & better results. I bought 2 months supply of fat burner GarbaSlim.


Day 1,2 &3: took Panbesy & fat burner GarbaSlim. First day I ran to the toilet 3 times !!! The nurses already told me the Garbaslim has this effect for most people. I'm pleased as I was having constipation before. I feel totally detoxed & happy after ...lol... Other side effects were minimum at this point maybe because of the lower dosage.

Day 4: Start on the Duromine which is higher dose. Feel thirsty most of the day, I sip water & did not drink like a horse, to prevent water retention. My appetite was suppressed. Don't feel hungry & have no urge to eat during lunch & dinner. Ate a little porridge & was full already.... so weird ..haha. I feel strangely energized too- took advantage of that to run up & down the stairs to exercise my lazy muscles. I slept at 12 midnight, usually I sleep at 11.

Day 7 -Day21: My urge to have lunch & dinner came back but I don't need to eat much, not like before. So it's OK. In all, I ate much much lesser than what I did before. I could stop all snacks as there's no urge to eat them. No suppers. No fruits,as they are sweet & acidic: acidic things increase the appetite.  I lost about 4 kg within this time. I stop the Duromine after 3 weeks but will continue with the fat burner Garbaslim for a while. I'm so glad for these weight loss meds, as there's no way I could lose so much weight so quickly if I go by the conventional way. I promise I'll eat healthy from now on.

      Usually take before breakfast. I think the effect will be stronger once you start on the 30mg pill.

      Don't think you are over charge. Sometimes doctors charge higher for longer consultation. He's my company's doctor now, so we go see him often.

      I brought one of my friends to see him last month. He charge her higher for consult (as like your case I think) as he explained so much in details what's happening to her etc... Anyway the nurses outside reminded my friend that, in case she needs to see dr again within 6 months for reviews, they will not charge her for consultation again. So that's pretty fair lah. So If you were to go see him within 6 months to get more duromine etc..., they wont charge you again.

      Garbaslim helps with constipation & helps burn your fats. That's why I like it.

      Regarding duromine ,I can personally think of a few reasons why some people who take duromine ,yet can't lose weight while the rest of us can.
      1. You didnt follow doctor's instructions.
      2. You take it, then go on eating more than normal, e.g. go on vacations etc...
      3. You take too many fruits (remember fruits are very sweet, so you are effectively sabotaging the program)
      4. Your metabolism rate is too low (need more Vit D).
      Also don't understand why you continue taking Duromine for half a year even though your weight didn't drop.

      I am very proud & please to say, I have maintain my weight. This is what I did:
      After I lost all the weight through panbesy & duromine, I changed my bad habits.
      I start moving around more. I dont mean only exercising. I mean going out shopping more ...haha.., going down to get the mail (Usually mum does it in the past). Doing errands for my family, small things like walking to the shops to buy breakfast or supper. I'll never do that in the past!

      I dont think there's anything specific to take note of, for this Vitamin D jab.
      I did it a while ago, Together with panbesy, garbaslim.
      Total weight lost is 8kg!
      Felt like a different person!

      Hi George, the answer is no.

      But after you stop, you need to change your present eating habits. Also during the meds, don't starve yourself, just cut down on the normal intake of food. People who gain weight after the pills are usually the ones who go back to old bad habits of eating. Must put in some effort. I did, I cut down on my favorite coffee. I usually take coffee about 3-4 times a day & with 2 sugars. Now I take once a day with 1 sugar. And other little changes.

    Hello! I just saw dr Keith today and he actually told me to eat more sugar and salt but I've been reading here that we should abstain from sugar/spicy stuff.
    He also said not to drink so much water but instead, isotonic drinks as we need the salt. Just wanna confirm what he has told you guys :)

      If I remember right, He said taking sugar & salt is fine. Just don't take too much. Don't cut them totally off as the body needs everything.Something like that ... makes sense.
      I have a sweet tooth anyway, so I was quite please to hear that ...haha. Don't worry, I've since cut down on some ...must eat more balanced meals from now on.
      About the water intake- I know that already!
      I have water retention all the time. I just don't understand why it happen to me only!!!! Sometimes I look puffed up like a bun!!! So I'm quite conscious about that.

    I took panbesy & garbaslim- manage to lose 11 kg after a couple of months. Didn't want my efforts to go up in smoke. So what do I do now, besides the obvious of eating right? Can I maintain by just taking garbaslim? I like it as it has no side effects. Anyone doing that?

      I'm taking less fruits especially fruit juices (that's too sweet). And don't eat after 8pm. The rest is standard, things like try not to snack & cut down on sweet stuff.

      Should be the same price.
      1.I paid $50- for consultation at Orchard clinic.
      2.$60- for a month supply of panbesy.
      3.$60- for a bottle of fat burner- Garbaslim. This is optional, but my friend recommended, so I took it. Now waiting for results ...haha...

    hi. today is my first day of taking panbesy (30mg). I'm not experiencing any side effects, no suppression of appetite and I don't get full even after a few mouths of food. I heard that the pill makes you hyper and energetic but I am currently feeling more lethargic than normal and about to fall asleep. Is this normal? Did anyone else experience this on their first day?

      It's quite normal. Me too I don't feel a real suppression of appetite. But somehow it's just easier to eat lesser, almost naturally as the incentive is there. I do feel tired, but I tot it's the weather ....haha....

      They are about the same. If you have tried duromine, than go for panbesy next.
      Personally I prefer Panbesy but my bestie like duromine .
