I was in the middle of a meeting with a client just now & my friend text " it's so hot today! " followed by " eating chicken rice for lunch later." A few minutes later, "what are you eating later ?". There's 5 in this particular group chat. One is a teacher, she's in the middle of a class. Another is a nurse, she's in the middle of changing a patient's dressing or something important. Another like me is in an important meeting talking to a client. All of us receiving her 3 messages!!! urgh.....
Then later the rest of us have to text each other to complain about her earlier texts! This could easily takes up the whole day !
I wish people would stop sending me jokes. I know they meant well, but it's jamming my space & I get the same jokes from different sources .... How to gently ask them to stop ?
ReplyDeleteYou cant they'll get offended ....lol... just bear with it...'wink' ...
DeleteI tried sending them lots of nonsense as well, so as to discourage them from doing it ever again. End up it didnt work. It's like they took it as a sign, "Hey she loves it, I'll send her more !!!!" urgh...... It's a lost course !
ReplyDeleteTired of all the jokes & funny videos etc... as well.
ReplyDeleteStop it!
I dont fwd them to anyone after I received them.
